Haven't both the Victorian rounds been run?
Round 1 = Docklands (Feb 2003)
Round 2 = Mallacoota (Mar 2003)

There are no more Vic rounds this year, MEGA Bream is in Taree, NSW (July) and the National Final is to be held in October, site not yet announced.
