maybe look at buying a new Jarvis Walker - Watersnake.

I reckon you would pick one up brand new cheaper than a second hand Minn Kota.

Id agree with that for sure, you should be able to get a 54lb for well under what anyone would sell one second hand I reckon. I payed $600 for a second hand one a few years back, and certainly would have gone the Jarvis Marine one if they were around.
