Are you having trouble getting on to your first fish or catching them regularly:confused: .
Herd's (Andrew Herden, sorry if I spelt it wrong Herd's) got on the site this morning and said that he was having trouble, for that effort he is now getting a boat ride with myself and Ira before work in the morning.
If you buy something from Breammaster.com and genuinley don't have a clue what your doing wrong, get in touch with me. Now I can't promise everyone a boat ride in Perth but I will do my best to get you onto a fish. I am quite willing to take people out and show them how much fun Bream'in can be, you may just need a few pointers or to watch somebody do it. It isn't that hard, when you have an idea of how it's done, I don't claim to be Bream Guru or fishing proffessional. I came equal 12th in this years W.A. Bream events and i reckon that I have enough knowledge to try help someone out.
This is not a sales pitch, it won't cost you anything, the reward for me is seeing the buzz you'll get when that first BREAM nails your lure.
Even if your a die hard Bait fisherman, and want to see what all the fuss is about, I am more than willing to take you out and get you to experience what keeps bringing me back time and time again.
I swear "Warren gives me nothing for this" and he hasn't asked me to do it, I am so passionate about my sport I want to try and convert everybody.

Geoff,
Just wondering if that offer includes air fares from vic to wa:rolleyes: :D :D
If anyone is new to lure fishing for bream i would definately take up an offer like this. Not very often that you can get guided fishing just by buying a few lures. Well done geoff.

Jeez Geof, I don't think there is a fishing website in the world to match this, the help and friendliness, the knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to make bream fishing with lures easier to newbies ( and oldies )??? is second to none, just listening to the guys in the shop and reading the posts it is easy to see why the site is growing, nothing is too much trouble, I expect that Ravin's site in the East would be the same, it is people like you, Bear, Kingpin and Warren AND EVERYBODY that make the fishing world a better place.. Wow, did I write that, gettin' senile in me old age..... Oh, forgot to mention, I haven't got a boat either..... Well done guys, terrific attitude.....::) Great attitude, terrific to see the helping hand

Nev this week we'll do an Early session,
Brian, if I had the money for airfares I would fly over to you so you can show me the Docklands that I constantly hear about:p, the way Breamin is going I would actually consider fishing an eastern states round if I could be guaranteed a boat or non-boater spot. That would be wild, stuff it I am gonna start saving, is any one over there willing to enter me as thier Non-Boater for an event in the future to guarantee me a spot:D Man I don't know why i didn't think of it before:confused: now I am all excited.
Getting back on the subject, at Breammaster I don't want to sell something to a complete Lure fishing novice so they can go out knowing nothing and feed thier money to Blowies and Puffer Fish.
Can you imagine selling a pack of sliders and jigs to a 20 Year bait soaking veteran and saying just do this mate (shake, twitch,Lift Drop etc....) wev'e all been there and it took me 3months of frustration before I went out with Chris Lemess and Taro and got a modest 32cm fish.
I honestly would feel terrible knowing that guy would choke and not come Back

Chris LeMess put me onto your site (hopefully) as a precursor to a trip to learn the finer points of bream on lures. The site is fantastic and the general attitude displayed and helpful nature is to be applauded. Well done all involved.
Righto, if I'm to get out of the bait soaking habit I've developed over the years (and impress Chris with my wide and expensive range of lures), obviously I'm going to need some new lures. I have a couple of soft varieties, I'm keen to hear about everyone's preferred hard body lures.
Any info, offers of fishing buddies (I have a boat, though not in the same league of these pro bream set ups) or general comments are appreciated.
Cheers

Paul, if you've got a boat, no matter how its decked out, we're having a boaters day this Saturday. Basically a whole heap of guys going to meet up at Coode St in SPerth about 7.00am and then hit it. These are a great way to meet some new guys and speed up the learning curve.

Good onya Craig. Unfortunately this whole month is pretty much a write off for me unless I get out one morning during the week. Do these days out occur regularly? I'm keen to learn all I can.
Cheers

Bear organises them and we probably get out once or twice a month.
If you need an early morning option, give Geoff a call in the shop. You've probably noticed from his earlier posts that if he's not at work or asleep, he's probably out fishing.:)

You should definately get down to the boaters day with your boat and you could take out a couple of landbased boys who have quite a few fish under their belts. Guys like Mitch Yellin, Richard (Richo) Davies are all excellent anglers and are quite qualified to show you the finer points of Bream luring.
I have been taking out guys like yourself who have been trying with no luck, just to see what they are doing and to try and help them in any way.
Most of us guys don't claim to be guru's or professionals, we are all passionate Bream Anglers with OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and we are only too happy to help you get onto Bream on lures.

Yep I`ll be there with bells on Gepff, hopefully what knowledge Ive gathered in the past 6 months I can pass on. I don`t consider myself a specialist or anything, but Ive picked up enough from the gun breamos out there to have a fair idea (Ive picked every brain possible). It then came down to putting in plenty of time with the lads (GeoffP and Craig S) refining techniques until we had method to fish consistantly. No holding us back since then.
I look forwared to catching up on the weekend. If it rains I can`t guarantee us fish, but I can guaratee we`ll get wet.
Cheers

I'll be sure to look out for the guy wearing bells when I manage to get down there Richo. My next few weekends are already chokkas but I'm keen to get amongst it with all these modest pros as soon as possible. I'll be sure to bring the boat.

G`Day WinField,
To change that you will have to go to "Edit Profile" - above online shop logo then it`ll open your User Menu thing, where you will have to click on "Edit Profile" again not "Edit Options" and then look down at the Signiture panel, and enter whatever you wish it to say there. You can change it as often as you please. Its pretty cool. We`ll catch up for sure this weekend.
Cheers

I'll be doing all the QLD rounds as a boater (profesional Ha) that is Gold Coast, Caloundra (Come and try it) and Bundaberg. If you are keen we can enter as a team. You will still be entered with a boater at random though, I think it just gets you a place.
I am sure there are others that would be willing to do the same for any others.
I can even billet you out to save on the dosh.
Bloody Hell we may start an invasion.......
Maybe we don't want you guys here after all.......joking.

All these boater's days sound too good to be true.
Maybe we should organise a national 'bream off' day statewide to help all us newbies accross this wide land onto a few fish.
I am keen to catch up with some Melbourne breamers to try and improve, so maybe a day accross all states might bring a few of us together?

Paul; glad to see you found the site. I'm sure you'll find it and the guys that "live" here extremely helpful. Many of them have only started breaming within the last few months and have already fished tournaments and the like, so although it takes a bit of time to crack the knack, it really is just a matter of being shown what to do and copying it.
Hopefully we can get out for a fish some time to sort out the basics. I'd take any opportunity available when it comes to boat rides with guys on this site.

Offers to "Gonk"??? to east coast fisho's, the same offer from fnq'ers, offers from complete strangers to complete strangers to go fishing. How big is this family?
The idea of a "breammaster boaties day" might be worth some thought. Sure to get some interest.
