Evan,

Park in that carpark in the middle of the island.

We'll be there, at that little inlet thing or around the lakes. I'm maybe going a little earlier than 3.30 & I'm starting at the inlet.

Regards

Craig

Yep, good idea Richo. Leys get the boys amongst it and break some ducks. I'm sure you remember how frustrating that is...I certainly do:)

Evan,

Ian Sewell at Anglers Anonymous has a nice range. And the boys in there are pretty serious on this type of fishing so you can be sure of some good advice.

Beware, he`ll stick a Strudwick in your hand, then another, then another, then another..... and you`ll be so tempted.... What rod you thinking of getting??

The creature from the black latrine.

Who would have thought you would get Pike in the Lakes. I was stunned, and such a good size.

I'll be back. See you guys on Saturday.

Beware though fella`s, this pike has a thing for permanently borrowing your lures, he added a nice new sneaky to his collection yesterday....

not too sure which rod yet richo. i had a look at a few today and thought that the innovators were quite nice. i cant remember what the model was but it had a 5 yr unconditional warranty which is quite persuasive.

i wanted to have a look at the heartlands but they only had them in baitcaster models, so it looks like i will have to shop around.

Bloody big surprise that thing was.

I had to go out and get a few more emergencies. Trouble is, I ended up getting 5 emergencies. You guys should check out some of the colours I've got for us to try on Saturday.

Can't help myself.

Sounds good bear,

I may have a little suprise when I get home as well tonight, 4 more oar g`s but I don`t expect them til Monday - so heres hoping Aussie post are being good this year....... But I might have to go into town for a nosy at the tackle shop after my chrissy lunch, which will finish about 5pm.... that`ll be dangerous - especially with the amount of red wine i plan on consuming....:(

Cheers

All sorts of colours in the sinking scorpions that Ican't wait to try on Bream and a couple on trout.

Another excuse to go fishing, not that I need many :-)
