If I was going to use them, it'd probably be on bare flats, bounced across the bottom. They have quite a subtle action and would be great for finicky bream. I've never really fished with them seriously enough though.

I think Mitch has given them quite a workout...

Grass Minnows are my choice...

I'm with Chris, Grass Minnow would be my first choice. Partuclarly that one with a kind of pale belly with light purple back.

I haven't managed any bream on the squidgees yet, not that I use them all that much, but I got a couple of bream ( & 2 flatties)on the ecogear pad tue the first time I used it. One was a nice size, the other was tiny. When it got hit and there was no hookup it was hit quite often hit again soon after. they seem to be scented quite heavily and smell different to the other soft plastics I've got. I used water melom/blue pearl back.
I haven't tried the grass minnows...soon!

I rig them on a Gama round 25 1/22nd jig, which I insert inside the hollow body. By pressing on the top of the body, you can pierce the eye through the plastics and tie on to your leader.

Cast them into channels and let them sink for a bit, then shake them quite vigorously. I've caught Bream and Soapies this way.

On the flats, just jerk them back softly to imitate a swimming prawn.

I've got a few new colours yet to be put up in the store, including a clear yellowy gold colour which looks good.
