Not sure if we can sell stuff here but I'm sure the moderators will delete it if not allowed.

The reel is brand new in box. Best offer over $200 + postage.

Pukka: Its a very very nice reel but the handle is not interchangeable from left to right and I'm too old to start learning to wind with the left hand.

Richo: I dont know how much they retail for as they are only available in Japan. I got this one through an ebay auction where I have seen them sell for between $145-$170 US plus $15 US postage if you can get them.

Don`t blame ya either... hehe

Have you seen the Okuma Inspira 15 thats gonna hit the shelves soon, checked it out on the Okuma US site and very nice, as is the new Okuma Epix EF15.....although we won`t see that.

I thought the TP was interchangable as well? Strange... maybe the guy you bought it off fitted a different handle to it before he sold it.

Richo - that reel does look nice doesn't it. Pity about the weight... surely they could try and get it down to around 8 oz or less. I find reels more than that are too heavy on my Heartland so I presume other people must have longer / heavier rods. Either that or unbalanced setups!

Chris, maybe you need to put in a few hours at the gym. Then you can use all those heavy reels:D :D

Richo I have an Epix 20 that I use for salmon and kingy spinning (when I get the chance), the Epix's high speed 6-1 gear ratio is what attracted me the most for this type of spinning.
Recently, however it's been suffering a lot from corrosion and gear/bearing wear, so I think I may be taking someone up on that 5 year warranty thing soon.
I actually found the Epix 20 much too big and heavy for bream spinning, but that's just personal preference, I know there are a few people on here who use them a lot and swear by them.
I haven't seen the new '15's yet but thanks for the tip, I'll go and have a gander.

Chris

It actually comes with two handles, single and double.

Mmmmmmm..... Inspira 15 (drools....) I can't wait:D

It's a bugger they're not bringing the Epix 15's in - just have to settle for the Avenger for now.

Joe, I haven't had any corrosion probs with my Epix 20 - did you get a dud:confused:

Har har jimi. :p

I'm just an ultralight tackle nut and I hate cumbersome setups especially rods that are heavier than necessary, and reels that are even more so.

Mind you when I hook a mulloway I'll sure know about it...

Hey guys. the problems your hearing about with the okuma's aren't very rare. Ive heard that they have all the wizz bang components, but the quality of those components is not so high. Also, beware their manager of Garuantee's, he has been refered to the Spanish Inquisitor, and is rumoured to have denied even a priest of his replaced reel!!!!
Although i may be wrong and please put me wrong if i am, as these are only things which i have been told about!
Just thought i'd let you know.

Guys the Twinpower is nolonger for sale as I actually figured out how to switch the handle from left to right. There was a little plastic sleeve which I though was unable to be removed even after a couple of hours trying the other day. Well I took the side plate off again today and the sleeve fell out:o . The sleeve then goes in to the left side of the reel and the handle in to the right :D . Things would have been a lot simpler if I could read japanese.

Apologies to the guys who made an offer on it, but it has now taken pride of place in my stable of bream reels.
