Just wondering who's going for a fish tomorrow (Friday) and who I might expect to see on the banks wanting a ride (if my boat's empty!)
cheers
Chris

No worries Evan.
Anyone fishing downstream today? Look out for a boat with a big fat Ecogear sticker and a bowmount... give me a yell if you'd like a lift.
Chris
Edit: at 11.12am the offer still stands. If you want a fish give me a bell on 0422 495 674 - I'll be in Freshy bay most of the arvo so I'll meet you there. Or just head down there for a fish and I'll see you when/if I see you. :)

g'day guys.i am going late arvo around 5 ish up basso way, fishmarket res.shore based to give legs a work out after sitting down all day.if anyones up there i'm the tall dorky guy with green shorts so say hello
Hey guys
didn't any of U guys try downstream at the bridges and yachties.
Yesterday (Thurs) I fished under Canning Bridge from noon til 5. Top of the tide and there were bream on every pylons. Balck and Silver varieties. I manage to catch a 27cm silver on my snapshad. but it was hard work getting the lure to them without spooking them. I resorted to retrieving my lure with half the rod in the water. Soon they gave up on the snapshad and changed the lure to a brown min min. One 35cm blackie landed and they all gave up on the lures. I've changed 10 different lures but to no avail, so resorted to crab baits and caught 5 blackies (30-35cm,ish).
Is there any sinking lure out there that's 5cm or smaller and dives fairly deep??

ar_hon - use soft plastics! That's the perfect time to do so! And remember... never resort to bait! :)
Chris
